RETAINED AGREEMENT
The Crystal Coast Group (hereafter CCG) is pleased to provide Your Company the following Warranty and Service Charge Policy for the recruitment of a Position Title.

SERVICE CHARGES
Our service charge to you will be 33.3% of the new employee’s annual salary. To initiate the search, we require a non-refundable engagement fee of approximately one-third of the estimated total service charge. The second one-third is due upon commencement of interviews. The balance is due 30 days after date of hire.

Our service charge is due if your firm or any of its affiliates retains the services of our referred candidates in any position as an independent contractor, an employee, or in any other capacity within one year from the date on which he or she last is referred to you.

Expense Policy: Normal out-of-pocket expenses such as phone calls, faxes, research costs and administrative expenses are borne by The Crystal Coast Group.
Included in the search is unlimited domestic usage of ConferView, our global video conferencing network.

WARRANTIES
Performance Guarantee: A minimum of two qualified and interested candidates will be presented within 30 days.

Retention Guarantee: If during the first six months of the employment, a person placed by CCG under this agreement is discharged for cause or leaves for any reason within that person’s control, CCG will issue a pro-rated credit toward future placements equal to 1/12th of service charge per month of employment.

Reference Checks: Once mutual interest has been established, candidate references will be checked.
Non-discrimination: It is understood and agreed that CCG will make its referrals solely on the basis of qualifications to perform the given job, and that age, handicap, sex, race, religion will not be used as elements in the screening process.

Ethical Guidelines: CCG does not recruit or solicit candidates from client companies.

ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT

The Crystal Coast Group (CCG) is pleased to provide Your Company the following Warranty and Service Charge Policy under our Priority Service Package covering your engagement of us in a search assignment for a Position Title.

SERVICE CHARGES Our service charge to you will be 30% of the new employee’s anticipated total first year’s earnings. To initiate this level of search, we require a Deposit of $5,000.00. This deposit is credited to the total service charge due upon completion of the search. The net service charge is due 15 days from the candidate’s start date. Our service charge is due if your firm or any of its affiliates retains the services of any of our referred candidates in any position as an independent contractor, an employee or in any other capacity within one year from the date on which he or she last is referred to you. Included in the search are three (3), up to one-hour domestic ConferView sessions. ConferView is our global video conferencing network, available to you to interview qualified candidates.

WARRANTIES

Candidate Exclusivity: CCG will not present interviewed candidates to any other organization until you declare no interest in pursuing a relationship with them. Performance Guarantee: A minimum of two candidates will be presented within 30 days. If for any reason Your Company terminates the search, the deposit will be credited toward future projects.

Retention Guarantee: If during the first 90 days of the employment of a person placed under this agreement by CCG is discharged for cause or leaves for any reason within that person’s control, CCG will give a credit toward future placements equal to 100% of the service charge paid. Reference

REFERRAL AGREEMENT

The Crystal Coast Group (hereafter referred to as CCG) is requested to refer qualified candidates to fill the position of Position Title for Your Company under the following terms and conditions.

SERVICE CHARGES

In the event client, client affiliates, or client referee’s retains the services of individuals presented by CCG, client will pay to CCG a service fee of 30% of the first year’s compensation for each individual hired. The fee is payable should you engage such a candidate for any position within one year after the most recent communication with the candidate.

WARRANTIES

We will replace the employee in the event that the employee hired through us terminates or is terminated from his or her position of employment within thirty (30) days from the employment date provided: we are notified within five (5) business days of termination and the employee is not terminated for lack of work. We will invoice you for our services when the candidate accepts employment. Our terms are "net-due fifteen (15) days from the date the candidate starts employment.” The guarantee referred to above is valid only if we receive the payment in full, on time.
